2.1 GeneFuel does not provide medical services, healthcare services, telemedicine, diagnosis, treatment, disease prevention, prescribing, or patient monitoring.

2.3 Nothing provided through the Services constitutes medical advice or replaces the relationship between you and your GP, consultant, or other healthcare professional.

2.4 Personalisation of supplements, insights or recommendations does not constitute diagnosis or treatment, even where based on blood results, DNA data, wearable data, or other personal information.

2.5 Any consultations provided through GeneFuel are purely advisory, educational and informational in nature and do not constitute medical consultations under any circumstances.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITY AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

3.1 By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for consulting your GP or healthcare professional regarding any health concerns.

3.2 You will disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, supplements and allergies.

3.3 You will seek medical advice before starting, stopping or modifying any medication or treatment.

3.4 If you experience any adverse reaction, you will stop using the product and seek medical advice immediately.

3.5 Nutritional and lifestyle optimisation outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.

4. BLOOD TESTING AND DNA TESTING

4.1 All blood tests and DNA tests are carried out by independent third-party laboratories under separate agreements between you and the provider.

4.2 GeneFuel acts solely as a coordination, insight and visualisation platform and does not collect samples, analyse samples, validate laboratory results, or provide clinical interpretation.

4.3 Any clinical issues, inaccuracies, or concerns arising from testing must be addressed directly with the testing provider or your healthcare professional.

5. CONSULTATIONS (INCLUDING WHERE DOCTORS ARE INVOLVED)

5.1 Consultations may involve nutrition professionals, clinicians or doctors acting in an educational, advisory, oversight or governance capacity only.

5.2 No doctor–patient relationship is created between you and GeneFuel or any individual involved in the Services.

5.3 Doctors do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide medical care through GeneFuel.

6. SUPPLEMENTS

6.1 All products provided by GeneFuel are nutritional supplements, not medicines.

6.2 Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

6.3 You are solely responsible for determining whether supplements are appropriate for you and for consulting your healthcare professional before use.

7. DASHBOARD, WEARABLES AND DATA

7.1 Dashboards, analytics and wearable integrations provide informational insights only.

7.2 The Services do not constitute medical monitoring, diagnostic tools, or regulated medical devices.

7.3 GeneFuel does not provide alerts, interventions or clinical escalation.

8. CHECK-INS AND REPEAT CYCLES

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeneFuel’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service.

10.2 GeneFuel shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses, including health outcomes.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

11.3 Your condition may remain unchanged or worsen.

11.4 GeneFuel accepts no responsibility for individual biological variation.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

13.1 All content, software, branding and materials remain the property of GeneFuel or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

14. GOVERNING LAW

14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. REGULATORY POSITION

15.1 GeneFuel operates as a nutrition and lifestyle optimisation platform and does not hold itself out as a regulated healthcare provider.

15.2 Users must seek medical advice from their own healthcare professionals at all times.
